The Service Provider is not responsible for any information or contents disclosed on third-party websites or applications, including but not limited to forums, chats, instant messages, blogs, postings, social networks, or any other means that allow third parties to post independent content on the Service Provider’s Webpage.  However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), the Service Provider will actively cooperate with Users, public authorities and law enforcement forces in eliminating or blocking all contents that might affect or violate any national or international laws, third-party rights, ethical codes, or public order.  In case that a User considers that any content on the Website might fall under this category, he/she is encouraged to notify the Website Administrator immediately. This Website has been reviewed and tested to be properly working.

Personal Information Protection

The Service Provider is committed to fully complying with all current and applicable Spanish regulations regarding personal identifiable information protection, as well as implementing the security measures set forth under Article 9 of the Spanish Law 15/1999 on Personal Information Protection (LOPD), and the Personal Information Protection Law Development Regulations.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Website, including but limited to its programming, edition, compilation and all other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or images, collectively the ‘Website Contents’, are the property of the Service Provider. All the Website content is duly protected under the Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, and registered under the applicable public agencies. Regardless the Website Contents’ intended use,  previous written authorization by the Service Provider is required for the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing of said contents. Any usage not previously authorized by the Service Provider is considered a serious violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the purpose of resolving all and any controversies or issues in relation to this website or the activities therein developed, the Spanish law, to which the Parties are expressly subjected to, shall govern, having the Spanish Courts of Madrid the sole jurisdiction in relation to the resolution of such conflicts.
